Snails! oh, and Portugal!
So I’ve been meaning to write a blog about Portugal but I haven’t really had the motivation, BUT THEN, just now I had snails for lunch and I just had to blog about it! Basically I just played with the shells and then tried to get the little suckers out of their homes which is ridiculously difficult…
Anyways I went to Portugal! It was really a crazy trip from beginning to end,...

Know how I said I smelled fried chicken, it wasn’t fried chicken, it was liver and overcooked rice… The meat was okay until I realized it was liver… It tastes fine but the texture is AWFUL! This dinner was almost as bad as the squid with ink sauce and noodles…
Gotta love it
My two Italians just walked into my room half naked to ask why the shower was is cold, I sent them to ask my host brother even though I could probably have fixed myself, he should pay me.
So I have almost been here for three weeks and I’m still feeling good, not missing home too much at point. It helps to have a host family, I feel at home here.

I’m going to Lagos, Portugal, yayayayayaya!!!! We finally got a company to rent us a car and we just finished booking our hostel!! We leave this Friday and come back Monday.
Guess who's coming to dinner!?
I now have two Italian girls as housemates, not really sure how long they are staying, all I know now is that I will have to fight for the shower!
